Our instructors met while working as professional facilitators at the U.S. Agency for International Development, supporting teams engaged in international aid missions. They quickly bonded over a shared passion for helping groups work better together.

Seeing how thoughtfully each approached the craft—and how naturally their strengths complemented one another—they chose to join forces to train others in the art and practice of facilitation.

  • Voop is a seasoned professional facilitator at Booz Allen Hamilton, one of the nation’s premier consulting firms. In this role, Voop leads facilitation contracts for the U.S. Armed Services, guiding senior military leaders through high-stakes engagements such as:

  • Eva is a dedicated facilitator, trainer, and qualitative researcher with more than 20 years of experience helping groups navigate complexity and build shared understanding. Across both public and private sectors, she designs and leads processes that invite curiosity, foster honest dialogue, and engage participants fully—mind, heart, and body.

    Her work centers on creating inclusive, human-centered spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to contribute. Eva brings deep expertise in intercultural facilitation and organizational change, supporting diverse teams with nuance, empathy, and clarity. Whether guiding strategic conversations, surfacing diverse perspectives, or enabling breakthrough insights, she helps groups move forward with confidence and connection.
